CHALLENGES OF PARENTING IN MODERN DAY BRITAIN
Parenting is said to be the toughest job for which we receive the
least training; but is it simply too difficult for families to
properly raise children in modern day Britain? This forum will
be addressing this important issue through short presentations
followed by an open forum question and answer session discussing
the challenges faced by Muslim parents in 21st century Britain.
Panelists include: Shireen Tejani (Enrichment Officer at Islamic
College), Mohammed Al-Hilli (Member of Family Affairs Committee)
and Sayyed Mohammed Razawi (Head of Family and Social Affairs
Office, Islamic Centre of England). Refreshments will be served.
