Rules of Competition

|
|
- All entrants must be; between 5 – 16 (male) and 5 – 12 (female)
- During live phone round entrants can only enter once per show, if unsuccessful they can re-enter the following week
- Entrants must on entering live show, give their name, age, location and correct name of Surah that is being recited
- Winners who are through to round 2 and beyond will be notified at least two weeks in advance in writing with date of attendance to studio, cancellations will result in loss of place unless the circumstances are justifiable
- Judge decision is final in all cases
- Text votes are added to Judges final decision marks during round two onwards
- Finalist winner from previous series is not permitted to enter
- There will be only ONE overall winner (since 2007) and two runners up
