The Dawah Card Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

  1. The Dawah Card Contract (attached) and the terms and conditions set below form the agreement between 'The Dawah Project Ltd' and 'The Client'.
  2. The agreement is only accepted once signed by both parties.


2. Payment

  1. 'The Client' agrees to pay 'The Dawah Project Ltd' the contracted amount.
  2. The payment must be made in full on signing this agreement, by cheque or transfer into 'The Dawah Project Ltd' bank account.


3. The Dawah Project Card

  1. 'The Dawah Project Ltd' will be responsible for issuing the Dawah Card to consumers
  2. 'The Client' agrees to provide a discount (fixed) to consumers who purchase goods/services through the Dawah Card during the duration of this contract.
  3. 'The Dawah Project Ltd' will advertise the benefits of the card to consumers on the Islam Channel.
  4. 'The Dawah Project Ltd' agree to insert the details of 'The Client' onto its dedicated webpage on the Islam Channel website, within 30 days of the signing of this agreement.
  5. 'The Dawah Project Ltd' will provide posters and stickers to 'The Client' to display in its premises relating to the Dawah Card scheme


4. Confidentiality

  1. Both parties shall not disclose any confidential business, future plans or prices to a third party at any time during the existence of this agreement or after the agreement.


5. Assignment

  1. 'The Client' must not assign this agreement in whole or part, without obtaining 'The Dawah Project Ltds' prior written consent. Any attempt to assign the agreement without such consent will be void and null.


6. Cancellation

  1. If 'The Dawah Project Ltd' cancels the agreement because of a breach of this agreement by 'The Client', 'The Dawah Project Ltd' has right to retain the full payment.
  2. The Dawah Project Ltd' reserves the right to cancel the agreement if it finds that the 'The Client' is no longer an ethical business and is not complying with Islamic values.


7. Force Majeure

  1. 'The Dawah Project Ltd' will not be responsible for any delay or hindrance in carrying out any part of this agreement due to an event of force majeure, (e.g. Acts of God- flood, earthquake, war, riot, satellite malfunction, strike, act of civil or military or governmental authority) or any other causes of similar nature or for any other reason beyond its control.


8. Severability

  1. If any one or more of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions shall be deemed by any court or any other competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.


9. Waiver

  1. No waiver of the terms and conditions by 'The Dawah Project Ltd' shall be binding unless the waiver is in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative on behalf of The Dawah Project Ltd'


10. Jurisdiction

  1. This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
