Ingredients

  • 30ml cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 30ml garlic and ginger paste
  • 500g beef fillet cut into long strips
  • 15ml Cajun spice
  • 15ml Peri-peri
  • 15ml barbeque spice
  • 5ml paprika
  • 5ml coarse black pepper
  • 5ml salt
  • 15ml brown sugar
  • 45ml Worchester sauce
  • 15ml chutney
  • 1 medium yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium red pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • ½ bunch spinach leaves
  • 200g mushroom, sliced
  • 100g roasted cashew nuts
