The Report - Saudi-Turkey relationship worsens with 'no new evidence' on missing journalist

The mystery surrounding the disappearance and possible murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi is still as great as ever. Turkish police say that he might have been killed at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.

Turkey’s President Erdogan on the other hand says that he is hopeful that he may still be found. Khashoggi is known to be a leading critic of the Saudi government. He had been living in self-imposed exile in the US for over a year.

So we ask who might be behind the journalist’s disappearance and what will the consequences be for Turkey-Saudi relations?
