The Report: What does the Yemen Peace agreement mean?

Synopsis

Ceasefire between two warring sides in Yemen took effect last night. The peace deal was agreed last week in Sweden between Saudi-backed government of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi and representatives from Houthi movement. They agreed to stop fighting in order to allow the United Nations forces to enter and to allow humanitarian corridors. Reports say that there was still intense fighting in the final hours before the ceasefire took place. So what does this new peace agreement mean for Yemen and the World?
