The Report: Why are there protests in DRC?


Protests erupted in the Democratic Republic of Congo due to the presidential elections being postponed until March. It is claimed by the electoral commission that the delay is due to terrorism and an ongoing Ebola outbreak. But opposition parties have accused the authorities of seeking to rig the vote.
