The Report: Is the internet affecting kids mental health?

National Health Service released a report in which they claim that one in eight children have a mental health disorder. An OECD report has already told us that British children are the unhappiest in the western world. Teenage suicides have almost doubled in a decade and the numbers of boys and girls being treated for self harm have doubled too. Parents are warned that they need to take more control over their social media habits. So, is the internet responsible for these rising statistics?
