The Report - Will a resolution on the Kashmir conflict be reached?

Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan called for talks in order to de-escalate tensions with India. This comes hours after Pakistani air force shot down two Indian warplanes after they crossed the Line of Control in the disputed Kashmir region. Yesterday India bombed targets inside Pakistan. Turkey has offered to mediate between Pakistan and India. Today we ask if a de-escalation of tensions is possible?
